Example data. Every employee lands on their 80 h target.

Seconds, not daysA two-week plan for the whole team is computed in the background while you carry on.
11 h restMinimum rest between shifts is checked for every employee, every day.
±4 h per weekHours worked above or below target carry over and are evened out in the next plan.
14 days of historyEach plan continues from the closed one before it, so streaks and weekends carry across.
What it does

Planning that is fair by construction

The optimiser weighs every employee's hours, weekends, nights and rest together, so no one ends up with the shifts nobody wants.

Even workload

Hours, weekends and night shifts are spread across the team, in proportion to each person's working-time percentage.

target ± 0 h

Rest and rotation rules

Forward rotation from early to late to night, a cap on consecutive shifts, and no single isolated rest days.

Plans that continue

Closing a plan makes its last two weeks the starting point of the next, so streaks and weekend chains carry across the boundary.

Bookings come first

Vacations, sick leave, days off and fixed shifts are placed before anything else is planned.

How it works

From team setup to published plan

I

Set up your team

Add shifts, roles and employees once, with working-time percentages and the rules your collective agreement sets.

II

Compute the plan

Enter bookings for the period, validate, and start the computation. It runs in the background and tells you when it is ready.

III

Review and close

Check the quality figures per employee, adjust where you need to, export to Excel, and close the plan when it is final.

Plan quality

See why a plan is fair before you publish it

Every computed plan comes with figures per employee, so you can answer questions from the team with numbers rather than impressions.

  • Hours against target, including the balance carried from the previous plan
  • Nights and weekends worked, side by side
  • Rest periods shorter than the minimum, flagged by day
  • Export the plan and its statistics to Excel
